Kutchan-cho Aza Yamada, Aza Kabayama, Aza Asahi, Aza Iwaobetsu, Aza Hanazono, Niseko-cho Aza Niseko, Aza Soga, A part of Aza Higashiyama is designated as “Quasi-city Planning Area”. And, “Quasi-city Planning Area” is designated as “Article 22 Area of the Building Standards Act” at the same time.
Article 22 Area of the Building Standards Act
(Quasi) Areas designated by a specific administrative agency to prevent the danger of fire in urban areas outside the fire prevention area.
Quasi-city Planning Area
The quasi city planning areas of Niseko-cho and Kutchan-cho are designated as Article 22 areas of the Building Standards Act.
In the Article 22 area of the law, it is stipulated that the part shown in the figure must have a semi-fireproof structure.
