We will recruit tenants by posting the selling points of the property in Japan and English.
We will respond promptly immediately after the delinquency occurs. For delinquents who cannot be contacted, we will visit the site.
Check the room, arrange to restore it, calculate the tenant’s burden and refund the security deposit
We will handle neighborhood troubles on behalf of the owner, including complaints from tenants such as equipment failures.
