It is extremely difficult to compare a Hotel or simple lodging(簡易宿所) and Minpaku across them. This is because the basis law and the competent authority are different.
However, there is no difference in the work done between the host and the guest. In addition, the work related to facility management is the same, except for the office work that is directly related to permits and licenses.
